Beautiful Things

2016 sucked.
Too many people died, both close to me and distantly.
Politics were horrible.
New baby caused me to be sleep deprived.

But you can't let a bad year get you down.
Just after the Election, a friend of mine posted on Facebook that she was going to start posting a beautiful thing every day - art or poetry or photos, anything to prove that the world was not just horrible.  I volunteered to join her.

And so, I began posting beautiful and wonderful things here,
