Paper Pumpkin: so cool

April's Paper Pumpkin was "so cool" and featured shaped cards:
Which was a challenge with C.R.A.F.T. this week!

I also used paper pumpkin bits and Stampin up's Ice Cream Corner DSP to make some alternate cards!

Paper Pumpkin: Batter Up

The best thing about Paper Pumpkin kits?
You can make them following the instructions:

Or mix it up!

I didn't add anything to the kit - everything you see was in there.
I just love that.  A whole project that I don't need to fetch anything for.

Paper Pumpkin: Here's to You

In addition to the Paper Pumpkin kit instructions,  I stenciled trees onto the dark cards using the outside of the tree die cuts and played with the sentiments.  On the light cards I stenciled sun rays using the included stencils and substituted washi tape for the green lines.
I just love the included sentiments for the interior.

Paper Pumpkin: "You're a lifesaver"

I really don't have a use for the mini-cards that came in the April kit, so I'm pillaging the parts to make ATCs.

Paper Pumpkin: march bonus!

The march kit came with a very large die cut that was intended to go on the outside of the envelope.  As I'd like to actually be able to mail my envelopes, I elected to make some ATCs (and a tag for a swap challenge) instead!  It was fun using up the leftover bits from my subscription box!

Paper pumpkin unboxing

I signed up for Paper Pumpkin -
Stampin' Up's subscription service this month as part of my year of art!
And the March 5th anniversary box just arrived!
I'm excited to put together some floral cards!
