Yesterday was my county's "Extra Give" event. Every year, just before Thanksgiving, Lancaster County hosts a one day event to encourage people to donate to local non profits. Businesses offer matching donations and incentives.
This year, they raised over 7 million dollars for libraries, museums, advocacy groups and more!
